Can we control discount cost?
Yes. Offers can include minimum spend thresholds, off-peak windows, limited daily redemptions, exclusions, and bundles — all designed to protect your margins while creating real demand.
Will MALO send low-quality discount hunters?
No. The platform is built specifically for paying members and curated offers. The goal is higher intent customers and better repeat behaviour — not mass couponing traffic.
How do we track results?
MALO provides redemption tracking and periodic performance summaries (monthly/quarterly). Partners also see direct in-store results through traffic and average order value changes.
Can we pause or adjust an offer?
